 Polyurethane Foam or PU Foam is open cell foam. There are various qualities as light weight, elasticity, soft, flame retardant (guaranteed by Flammability Test of U.S.A and England), ball rebound, sound absorption.
Memory Foam or Visco-Elastic Foam is one of Polyurethane foams. Memory foam has special properties which are slow recovery after compression, firmer in cool temperature and softer when warm. This kind of foam is widely used in hospital for patients such as wheelchair seat cushion, padding for suffering long-term pain etc.
Rigid Foam is another kind of Polyurethane foam which is hard, light weight, impact resistance It is widely used as packaging, insulation, material for construction (used instead of wood) etc. Our factory has ability to produce rigid foam by injection molding and die-cut at density 35-400 kg/m3.
